All Girls Group Training (Ages 12–16)
This all-girls program creates a focused and empowering space to develop key offensive skills. Athletes will work on ball handling, attacking the basket, and finishing through contact while building confidence and game IQ alongside other driven players.

Boys Group Training (Ages 12–16)
Designed for young athletes looking to build a strong offensive foundation, this program focuses on improving ball handling, control, and finishing at the rim. Players will develop confidence, creativity, and consistency through high-rep, game-like drills in a structured group environment.

College Train & Play (Men & Women)
Built for college athletes serious about their offseason, this program combines skill development with competitive live play. Sessions are designed to sharpen decision-making, conditioning, and game performance, helping athletes stay ready and elevate their level heading into their next season.
