Cost Details

Full Court Rental

• Standard Rate: $100 per hour (plus tax)

• Peak Hours (3pm to 8pm):

• Members: $115 per hour

• Non-Members: $125 per hour

• Off-Peak Hours (6am to 3pm): $100 per hour

Badminton Courts

• Rate: $40 per hour (plus tax

• Rate: $50 per hour (minimum of 2 hours)

Weight Room -> (Available Soon) and Turf

• Rate: $60 per hour

Custom Packages

• Custom packages are available for both short and long-term rentals. Please contact us for details.

Full Day Rental

• Rate**: $600 (for rentals of 5 hours or longer)

• -Rentals outside of regular hours (6am to 9pm) require a minimum of 2 hours.

1. Payment:

• Payment must be made in full before the day of the rental to guarantee the rental.

• Payment should be sent to the email address: b2u32@outlook.com.

• Visa/ Debit option is available. We impose a surcharge of 3%

  on the transaction amount on Visa

  credit card products, which is not

  greater than our cost of acceptance.

2. Damage Waiver:

• Rentee acknowledges and agrees to be liable for any damage caused to the rented facility and item(s) during the rental period.

• The Renter Reserves the right to require a damage deposit from Rentee.

3. Usage Limitation:

• The rented facility and item(s) can only be used for the purposes discussed and agreed upon between the Company and the Renter.

• Any usage of the rented facility and item(s) outside of the agreed purposes will be considered a breach of contract.

• The Company retains the right to terminate the rental immediately with no refund in case of breach of contract.

4. Rental Access:

• Renters may access the rental item(s) up to 15 minutes before the scheduled rental time unless stated otherwise by the Company. All who enter must sign our waiver or be insured under the renter’s insurance.

5. Termination:

• Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice to the other party. No refund will be granted, only a credit for future rental. That credit must be used within 1 month of the first initial date. Date can only be changed once.

6. Governing Law:

• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Abbotsford, BC.

Rental Process

1. Contact Confirmation: Someone will contact you within 24-72 hours regarding your rental.

2. Approval: Your rental is not final until you receive an approval email and your payment has been made in full.

3. Payment: You have 3 days from the day of approval to pay your rental cost and secure your rental.
